1- How do you merchandise your tracks?
We merchandise our tracks in two ways:
1) STANDARD CDS (option 1), made for us. See in KARAOKE TANGO, CD. KARAOKE VARIOS, KARAOKE BROADWAY and KARAOKE ARIAS de OPERA
2. CRAFT CDS (option 2), that the customer make like he/she wish, choosing the themes from all our general catalogue and the tone that you wish. You will find more than 40.000 tracks (press in each circle and it will displayed the corresponding catalogue), write in your order the tone that you wish for each theme.

2- Where do you send my order?
To the address that you indicate in the form.

6- How do I listen demos?
In "STANDARD CDS" (option 2) Tango and Various, press under each cd image, where is the speaker audio drawing, wait and it will open the Audio reproducer.

If you have a modem conection, the demo could cut for some moments, it´s because the tracks are very heavy, with real instruments and chorus. If you have ADSl or similar, you will not have any problems. The audio quality that you will listen will depends of your computer audio board.

7- How can I know if my order is running?
We send an e-mail with your corresponding package number inmediately when your order is running.

8- How can I have the control of the sending?
You may ask with the number that we send to you in your courier or in Correo Argentino. Your order travel with satellital follow-up.

9- How do I know that the tracks are with actual instruments, samplers or midis?
Please send us your order that we send you the order again with the orchestration detail to each theme.

We can record until 74 minutes of music (approximately 15 tracks)

No, you may print it since our page.

No, you may listen the demos that are in our page to test our tracks quality.

26- Do you send scores?
No, we don’t send and we don’t sell them

Yes, standards CDs are in Word files within the same, in craft CDs we send it via e-mail if you wish.

28- Do you send the order and after I pay?
No, we need first receive the payment to make an order or deposit, and we confirm the number via e-mail, then we send it with the pre-established times.

29- Can you give me Midi files?
Yes.

30-Can you give me MP3?
Yes.

31- Can you send me to my mailbox in Midi or MP3?
In Midi we delivery the quantity that you wish. In MP3 until 4 themes, more by express post. The Midi or MP3 sending (until 4) is free.

No, the company doesn’t work in this manner

No, you have to make a craft CD.

Yes, with our written authorization and paying us the corresponding legal rate.

If you don’t know any or all the tones, write us your register (soprano, tenor, etc) or the name of an artist that sings in your tone, with that information we will have the register sequence to adequate it to your tonality.

Yes. You have not permitted edit and reply a CD with our tracks without previous written authorization. Solicit it.

40- Can I remake a catalogue track like I wish to the same price?
No, we have to orchestrate you the track by order. See 14 point.

41- Can I see the lyric in television with karaoke player equipment?
No.

42- Can I see the lyric with my PC?
Yes. You will see the lyric when the music is playing in Midi files, in another format you will see it in Word.

43- Which is the quality difference between the tracks with actual instruments, samplers or synthethized?
Because of our tracks quality, there isn’t a notorious difference.

The Craft Cd is that you make choosing the themes in our general catalogue with the tones that you wish.

45- What is a CD standard?
A Standard Cd is made for us with determinated tones and tracks see in “CD karaoke Tango and “CD karaoke various”.

Yes, practically all the catalogue is adapted to be reproduced in all the keyboards. You will change tone, instruments, etc, if you wish. We may send you via e-mail.
