When you buy one of our Catalog Tracks, you can freely use them for your commercial shows or practices as a singer, but if you want to record your voice or instrument on our tracks and upload it to the networks (Youtube, Spotify, etc.) or any other support Commercial or promotional phonomechanical (cd, or dvd, video, etc) will need us to extend the License on Phonomechanical Rights.

Acquisition of the License:

We, as a Record Label and Music Producer, give you the License on our tracks so that you can record your voice or instrument and be known throughout the world.
Thus, your peace of mind is absolute since you will not violate Rights and you will save a lot of money in hours of recording studio, arrangers and musicians.
A real cost and time advantage.

The License is international in nature and has no expiration date, it allows you to spread and sell your work in any country in the world.

 

Request your License at: legales@rialproducciones.com detailing your project, musical track titles, your name and surname, identity document, country of birth and country of residence.

 

License value for each music track: Dollars USD 50 (or the equivalent in your currency)

Remember:

It is strictly prohibited the total and/or partial copy or sale of our karaoke tracks.
It is prohibited the recording of voice or instrument on our karaoke tracks without the corresponding "License" issued by Roberto Rial Productions. 
The infractor will be summoned by civil and criminal courts within National or International Statute Jurisdiction without prior notice.
